This is only for CONTINENTAL U.S. orders, it does not apply to international orders. Also please note this offer ships only with UPS ground so please provide a physical address (no P.O. boxes).

General Info

Orders will generally ship in 1-5 days. All knives, air guns, painball guns, pepper spray and stunguns require that the purchaser be at least 18 years old. When these items are shipped, an adult signature will be required. We do not ship COD. We only ship to the end user. We do not sell wholesale.

We ship to APOs via usps only.

We won't ship orders paid by check until the check is cleared by the bank.

PAYING WITH CREDIT CARD- All information needs to be correct on the credit card for an order to ship. I the billing address doesn't match your order will no be shipped.

International Orders
International orders ship via U.S. Post Office. They are much cheaper than UPS. Please note that we only will ship for the end user. If we feel that an order is for resale we will cancel the order. Globlal Express is generally 3-5 Days and Air Parcel Post is about 5-9 Days. This is once the package has been delivered to the post office.

Remember to allow us a few days to get your order. Being that the shipping is quite expensive, we try to get your order as complete as possible. If we need to order one of your items we will do that in order to ship your order complete.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or returned to us by the post office or UPS. If an item is returned "unclaimed", we will credit you for the merchandise but not for the shipping charges.

If a package is lost in transit, we will file a claim (which on international orders could take several months) and when the claim is settled we will then refund the money for the order. Please note that this does not happen that often but when it does it takes time to settle it. Once we deliver the package to the post office, it's in their hands now.

Returns

We will gladly accept all returned items in their ORIGINAL CONDITION. Washed garments can not be returned unless they are defective. Send items to the following address:
